IP Relay is a service offered to deaf and hard of hearing individuals that allows them to place relay calls over the Internet via their computer or laptop. There is no need for traditional TTY equipment. The web interface can handle the conversation. IP Relay is a no-cost service that combines traditional relay service with the ease of the Internet and there are no long-distance charges.
International calls are not allowed through IP Relay.
NOTE: Non-registered callers are unable to make or receive IP relay calls.

IP Relay Mobile App
The IP Relay Mobile app lets you use your mobile device for IP Relay services. Simply type what you want to say to the operator, the operator relays the message to the person you called and then types their response back to you.
International calls are not allowed through IP Relay.
